The Friendship Monument is located in central Tirana, near Skanderbeg Square and the National Library. From Skanderbeg Square, walk south along Bulevardi Dëshmorët e Kombit. The monument will be on your right, in the park area in front of the National Library. No costs involved.

Tirana has an extensive bus network. Many bus lines stop near Skanderbeg Square. From there, follow the walking directions. A non-transfer ticket costs 40 Lek.
