    From Skanderbeg Square, walk along Rruga Murat Toptani, a pedestrianized street lined with shops and cafes. The castle remains are located along this road. The walk is approximately 10-15 minutes.

    From Skanderbeg Square, many bus lines pass near the Illyrian Castle. Look for buses heading in the direction of Rruga e Kavajes or Rruga e Elbasanit. The fare is 40 Lek. Ask the driver to indicate the closest stop to the Fortress of Justinian. From the bus stop, it is a short walk to Rruga Murat Toptani.

    Taxis are readily available in Tirana. A short taxi ride from Skanderbeg Square to the Illyrian Castle should cost approximately 300-500 Lek. Ensure the driver activates the taximeter or agree on a fare beforehand. Ride-sharing apps are also available.
