From the bus station in the center of Vlorë, take a local bus heading towards the beach or 'Uji i Ftohtë' area. The bus fare is approximately 50 Albanian Lek (less than $0.50 USD). Disembark at the stop closest to the intersection with Rruga Uji i Ftohtë. Aulona Luna Park is about 500 meters down the road to your right.

Walking
From the center of Vlorë, walk southeast towards the seaside promenade. Follow the promenade along the coast. After approximately 15 minutes, you'll reach Rruga Uji i Ftohtë. Cross the road and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rruga 28 Nëntori. Turn left onto Rruga 28 Nëntori and walk for about 10 minutes. Aulona Luna Park will be on your right, near the intersection with Rruga Dervish Hima. Walking is free.
