If you are in the center of Vlorë, start at the main square, Sheshi i Flamurit. Head south on Rruga Ismail Qemali towards the seafront. Continue straight until you reach the promenade along the coast. Turn right and walk along the promenade, enjoying the views. After about 1 km, you will reach Rr. Sazani. Turn left onto Rr. Sazani, and continue for about 300 meters until you see Plazhi i Vjeter on your right.
