    From Berat, head to the main bus station (Termini i Autobusëve) located on Rruga Dëshmorët e Kombit. Buses to Vlorë depart regularly, approximately every hour. Purchase your ticket from the ticket counter or directly from the driver. The journey to Vlorë takes about 2-3 hours, depending on traffic. Upon arrival at the Vlorë bus station, you will be in the city center.

    From the Vlorë bus station, exit and head southwest on Rruga e Flamurit towards Rruga 28 Nëntori. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rruga Vlorë-Skelë. Turn right onto Rruga Vlorë-Skelë, which will take you along the waterfront. Follow this road for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the Port of Vlorë, located at Lagjja 'Pavarësia' Skelë.
