From anywhere in the lower Casbah, Port Saïd Square is easily accessible on foot. Navigate towards Rue Rachid and Rue Kessentini; the square is located at their intersection. Public Transport

From the Tafourah-Grande Poste metro station, take the metro one stop to Place des Martyrs. Exit the station and walk east towards the Casbah. Port Saïd Square will be a short walk from Place des Martyrs. A single metro ticket costs approximately 50 DZD. Alternatively, from Algiers city center, take bus number 5 or 10 towards the Casbah.
