    From the Tafourah-Grande Poste metro station, take the metro one stop to Place des Martyrs. Exit the station and walk east towards the Casbah. Port Saïd Square will be a short walk from Place des Martyrs. A single metro ticket costs approximately 50 DZD. Alternatively, from Algiers city center, take bus number 5 or 10 towards the Casbah. Buses run frequently, and the fare is around 30 DZD. Get off at the Casbah stop and walk towards Rue Rachid and Rue Kessentini. Port Saïd Square is a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop.

    Taxis are readily available throughout Algiers. Hail a taxi from anywhere in the city center and ask to be taken to Port Saïd Square in the Casbah. Ensure to agree on the fare before starting your journey, as taxis in Algiers do not always have a meter.
