Getting There

• Walking

  From any point in Bab El Kasbah, head towards the main street that runs through the neighborhood. Look for Rue de la Liberté, which is a prominent road. Walk along Rue de la Liberté until you reach the intersection with Rue des Frères Boucif. Turn left onto Rue des Frères Boucif. Continue straight until you reach the large square, Place de l'Emir Abdelkader. From there, you should see a path leading to Bab El Kermadine. Follow the path which will lead you through a small market area. Bab El Kermadine will be located on your right hand side, identifiable by its unique architectural features.

• Public Transport (Bus)

  If you prefer to use public transport, locate the nearest bus stop in Bab El Kasbah, which is usually along Rue de la Liberté. Take a bus that heads towards the Tlemcen city center. After a short ride, get off at the stop closest to Place de l'Emir Abdelkader. From there, you can walk the remaining distance to Bab El Kermadine by following the instructions provided for walking. The bus fare is typically around 20 DZD.

• Taxi

  For a more convenient option, you can take a taxi. Hail a taxi from anywhere within Bab El Kasbah. Communicate to the driver that you want to go to Bab El Kermadine, using the address VMPM+M73, Tlemcen if needed. The ride should not cost more than 100 DZD, depending on traffic and your exact pickup location. Taxis in Tlemcen do not always have meters, so it's advisable to confirm the fare before starting your ride.
