    From Utulei, the Blunts Point Trailhead is accessible on foot. Head along the main coastal road between Faga'alu and Utulei. Look for the sign next to the IBM Laundromat marking the path to the site. The trailhead is approximately a 10-15 minute walk from Sadie Thompson Inn in Utulei. Parking is available at the public parking lot on the harbor side, about 100 yards from the trailhead.

    Public Transport

    Local 'aiga' buses provide transport around Tutuila. Buses traveling towards the eastern end of the island will pass near the trailhead. Alight near the IBM Laundromat between Faga'alu and Utulei and follow the signs to the trail. Bus fares are typically no more than $2.50 for a one-way trip to the eastern end of the island.

    Taxis are available in Utulei and can take you to the Blunts Point Trailhead. Negotiate the fare before starting your journey. A taxi from Utulei to the trailhead should cost approximately $2, as it is a short distance. Taxis can be found at the Pago Pago market.
