The trails are well-maintained but can be steep and rocky in places. Allow plenty of time for your hike and wear appropriate footwear. No costs are associated with walking into the valley.

While there is no direct public transport into the valley itself, you can take a bus to one of the surrounding villages and then hike into the valley. From Andorra la Vella, buses run regularly to Escaldes-Engordany, Encamp, and other nearby villages. A single bus fare costs approximately €2-€3.
