From Andorra la Vella, take the CG-2 road towards Encamp. Then, follow the signs for the Carretera D'Engolasters/CS-200, which leads to the lake. The drive is approximately 20 minutes. There is parking available near the lake, such as Aparcament d'Engolasters, though a small fee may apply. Parking is also available at Circuit de les Fonts.

From Encamp, a popular walking route begins in front of the Automobile Museum. Follow the signs towards Lake Engolasters and the Blanc River. The walk is approximately 2 km with an elevation gain of 408 meters and takes around 1.5 to 2 hours. Be cautious when crossing waterways and roads along the path.
