Car
From Encamp, follow the CS-220 road towards Cortals d'Encamp. Continue past the Sant Jaume dels Cortals church. Approximately 1 km after the church, look for signs indicating the trail to the Vall del Madriu. Follow the Ensagents trail towards Collada de Pessons, which passes by the Refugi d'Ensagents. Parking is available near the trailhead.

From Andorra la Vella, take the L2 bus to Encamp. From Encamp, you can walk to the trailhead for Refugi d'Ensagents. Alternatively, take a taxi from Encamp to the trailhead to shorten the walking distance. Bus fare from Andorra la Vella to Encamp is approximately €1.90 - €4. Taxi fare from Encamp to the trailhead will cost approximately €10-€15.

From Encamp, follow the signs towards Cortals d'Encamp. The hike to Refugi d'Ensagents is approximately 2.5 kilometers from the trailhead near Cortals d'Encamp, with a moderate difficulty level. The hike will take around 1 to 1.5 hours. Follow the well-marked trail, wearing appropriate footwear and carrying water.
