The primary access to Pont Tibetà Canillo is via a dedicated bus service. From Canillo village, proceed to the bus stop near the Palau de Gel. Purchase a ticket online or at the Canillo Tourist Office, which includes the bus fare. The bus runs frequently, approximately every 30 minutes, to the Montaup bus stop. From there, it's a 900-meter walk along a marked path to the bridge entrance. Bus transport is included in the ticket price. A single ticket costs €16 for adults, €13 for children up to 12 years old, and is free for children under 5. Residents in Andorra can purchase tickets for €13.

Walking
While not the primary access, it is possible to walk to the Pont Tibetà Canillo from Canillo village. The distance is approximately 3.8 kilometers and takes around 45 minutes. Follow the signs towards the Roc del Quer viewpoint and then continue towards the bridge. Note that this is an uphill walk and requires a reasonable level of fitness. Once you arrive at the entry, you will still need a valid ticket to enter the bridge, which costs €16 for adults, €13 for children up to 12 years old, and is free for children under 5. Residents in Andorra can purchase tickets for €13.
