From the main bus station in Encamp, take bus line L5 towards Canillo. The journey takes approximately 20 minutes. Disembark at the Canillo stop, near the Palau de Gel. From there, walk about 5 minutes down the road to find the Tourism Office and French Post Office on your left at AD100 Canillo. A single bus fare is under €4.

Taxi
Taxis are available throughout Andorra. From Andorra la Vella, a taxi to the Canillo Tourist Office will take approximately 13 minutes and cost between €35 and €45. From elsewhere in Canillo, the cost will be less. There are taxi services such as Andortaxi and Andorra Transfers. Expect to tip around 10-13% of the fare.

Parking
Canillo offers several 'blue zone' parking areas throughout the parish, designed to facilitate parking for both residents and visitors. These zones allow you to park your vehicle comfortably and safely with rates and schedules adapted to different needs. Parking rates in the blue zones are around €0.30-€0.40 per 15 minutes. There are also several communal parking garages in Canillo. The first hour is free, then it is €0.50 per 15 minutes, up to a maximum daily rate of €20. Night rate is €6.
