From Andorra la Vella, take a local bus (L2, L3, L4, or BN2) towards a village near the valley entrance (e.g., Encamp, Les Escaldes). From there, you can walk to one of the marked trailheads. Walking
Many trails lead into the Madriu-Perafita-Claror Valley from surrounding areas. From the Aparcament de les Fonts near Engolasters lake, follow the well-marked Els Matxos path for approximately 45 minutes to reach Coll Jovell, the start of the World Heritage area. Ensure you have a detailed map, water, and appropriate footwear. No entrance fees are required to access the valley.

Drive to one of the parking areas near the valley entrances. From Andorra la Vella, follow the signs towards Ordino/La Massana (CS-220), then take the CG-3 towards La Massana. From La Massana, take the CG-4 road to Encamp. Look for parking areas along the road as you approach the valley. Parking fees may apply, typically ranging from €5 to €10 for a day. Note that motorized vehicles are prohibited within the valley itself.
