From Praça da Independência, head east on Av. 4 de Fevereiro. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass by several shops and cafes. After approximately 20 minutes of walking, you will reach Marginal (Luanda Bay Waterfront) at Av. 4 de Fevereiro 197. The waterfront area will be on your left, with beautiful views of the bay.
