From Clayton J. Lloyd International Airport, taxis are readily available. The ride to Carimar Beach Club is approximately a 15-20 minute drive. Taxi fares are fixed and typically cost around $26 USD for two people with luggage. Additional passengers may incur a charge of $5 per person, and extra luggage may cost $1 per piece. Be aware that there may be a $4 surcharge for trips between 6 PM and midnight, and a $10 surcharge for trips between midnight and 6 AM.

If you choose to rent a car, which is recommended for exploring Anguilla, the drive from the airport to Carimar Beach Club is straightforward. Exit the airport and follow the main road west. Look for signs directing you to Meads Bay. Once on Meads Bay Road, Carimar Beach Club will be on your left. Note that driving is on the left-hand side of the road. A temporary Anguillian driver's license costs $28 USD and can be obtained through the rental company.
