    From Clayton J. Lloyd International Airport (AXA), a taxi is the most direct way to reach Forest Bay. Taxis are readily available at the airport. The ride is approximately 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. Taxi fares in Anguilla are fixed and unmetered, with rates posted at the airport. A typical fare from the airport to the Forest area is around $26 USD for two people, plus $5 for each additional passenger and $1 per additional piece of luggage after the first two. Note that there is an additional $4 charge for trips between 6 PM and midnight, and a $10 charge for trips between midnight and 6 AM.

  • Rental Car

    Renting a car offers the most flexibility for exploring Anguilla, including Forest Bay. Several car rental companies operate on the island, with many offering airport pickup. Driving in Anguilla is on the left. To rent a car, you'll need a valid driver's license and must purchase a temporary Anguillian driver's license for $28 USD. From the airport, follow the main road east towards The Valley, then continue east, following signs for the eastern end of the island.
