From Clayton J. Lloyd International Airport, a taxi to Meads Bay Beach takes approximately 20 minutes. Taxi fares are fixed and regulated by the government. A typical fare for two persons with two pieces of luggage from the airport to Twin Palms Villas, near Meads Bay, is around $26. Additional charges may include $5 for each extra passenger, $1 for each additional piece of baggage, and $4 for trips after 6 pm. Be sure to confirm the rate with the driver before starting your journey.

Driving
If you're arriving at Clayton J. Lloyd International Airport and renting a car, the drive to Meads Bay Beach is straightforward, taking about 20 minutes. Driving in Anguilla is on the left-hand side of the road. You'll need a valid driver's license and US$28 to purchase a temporary Anguillian driver's license. From the airport, follow the main road west towards the West End. Look for signs directing you to Meads Bay. There is a free large parking lot at the eastern end of the beach. A smaller parking area near Malliouhana Resort may charge a small fee.
