Public Transport

While public transport is available, it's less convenient for reaching Ffryes Beach directly from the airport. You would need to take a bus from the airport to St. John's and then transfer to another bus heading towards the west coast. This option is more time-consuming, taking approximately 1.5-2 hours. Bus fares are around $1 USD per ride. This option is best if you are already in St. John's. From St. John's, take a bus towards Bolans or Jolly Harbour and ask the driver to drop you off near Ffryes Beach. From the drop-off point, it's a short walk to the beach.
