From Falmouth Harbour, head west towards the main road (A1). Once you reach the A1, turn left and follow the road. Continue walking for about 20 minutes until you see signs for the Old Road. At the junction, turn right onto Old Road and continue straight. Keep an eye out for Carlisle Bay Beach signage. The beach entrance will be on your left, just after you pass the Carlisle Bay Resort.

Locate the nearest bus stop in Falmouth. You can take a local bus heading towards Old Road. Inform the driver that you are going to Carlisle Bay Beach. The ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at the Old Road area, alight at the nearest stop and walk towards the beach entrance, which will be located just past the Carlisle Bay Resort.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from a local shop in Falmouth. Start your journey by heading towards the main road (A1).
