Walking
From the center of St. John's, start at the Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority located on the corner of High and Long Streets. Head east along High Street until you reach the intersection with Market Street. Turn left onto Market Street and continue straight until you reach the end of the street. At the traffic lights, turn right onto Thames Street. Walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the docks. From the docks, follow the coastline path towards the south. This will lead you to Anchorage Road. Once you reach Anchorage Road, Cool Runnings Restaurant & Bar will be on your left, just a short walk down the road.

Public Transport (Bus)
From the center of St. John's, make your way to the bus terminal located on Market Street, near the intersection with High Street. Look for a bus heading towards Dickenson Bay or Jolly Harbour. The fare is usually very affordable; just let the bus driver know your destination. After approximately 15-20 minutes, you will want to get off at the Anchorage Road stop. From there, walk a short distance along Anchorage Road, and you will find Cool Runnings Restaurant & Bar on your left.
