Puerto Madero is easily walkable, with most attractions located along the waterfront. From the city center, head east towards the river. Cross over to Puerto Madero via one of the pedestrian bridges. Once in Puerto Madero, the Puente de la Mujer and the docks are within easy walking distance.

Several bus lines serve Puerto Madero, including lines 2, 4, 6, 20, 22, 26, 33, 54, 56, 61, 62, 64, 74, 93, 99, 105, 109, 111, 126, 129, 130, 140, 143, 146, 152 & 159. The Metro Line B has a stop at Leandro N. Alem, which is a short walk from Puerto Madero. A SUBE card is required for bus and subway travel. The card costs around ARS $1.00 and can be purchased and topped up at Subte stations, Tourist Assistance Centers, and kioskos. Bus fares start at ARS $270, while train fares start at ARS $130.
