    The most common way to reach Torre Glacier is by hiking from El Chaltén. The Laguna Torre trail begins at the end of Los Charitos Street in El Chaltén, where you'll find a sign indicating the start of the 'Senda a Laguna Torre'. The hike to Laguna Torre is approximately 9 km (5.6 miles) each way and takes around 3 hours. The trail is well-marked and relatively easy, with a gradual incline for the first 2 km. After the initial climb, the path flattens out and passes through forests and open areas. Follow the signs for Laguna Torre, passing Laguna Madre, Laguna Hija and Laguna Nieta. The D'Agostini campground is located a short distance before Laguna Torre. From Laguna Torre, you can hike to Mirador Maestri, about 2 km further, for an even better view of the glacier.
