Getting There

  • Walking

    From the Iguazu National Park entrance, take the free Ecological Train of the Jungle to Cataratas Station. From there, the Circuito Superior trailhead is a short, well-marked walk. Follow the signs for 'Circuito Superior' or 'Paseo Superior'. The path is flat and easily navigable.

  • Public Transport

    Take the local bus (Rio Uruguay) from Puerto Iguazu to the Iguazu National Park entrance (approx. ARS 150 return). Once inside the park, the Ecological Train is free and will take you to Cataratas Station, the starting point for the Circuito Superior. Remember to factor in potential wait times for the train.

  • Car

    From Puerto Iguazu, drive to the Iguazu National Park entrance. Follow the signs for 'Cataratas'. Park in the designated parking area (ARS 5000). From the visitor center, take the Ecological Train to Cataratas Station to access the trail. Parking fees apply within the park.
