Car
If you are traveling by car, start your journey in San Carlos de Bariloche. Head west on Avenida San Martín towards Cto. Chico. Continue on Cto. Chico for approximately 25 km. You will see signs for Sendero de los Arrayanes. There is a parking area at the entrance where you can leave your car. Make sure to check for any parking fees that may apply.
Public Transportation
From the center of San Carlos de Bariloche, take bus number 20 (Línea 20) towards Llao Llao. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes. You need to get off at the stop closest to Cto. Chico km 25. From there, it’s a short walk (about 10-15 minutes) to the entrance of Sendero de los Arrayanes. Ensure you have the correct change for the bus fare, which is approximately ARS 100.
Taxi or Rideshare
For a more direct route, you can take a taxi or use a rideshare service like Uber from San Carlos de Bariloche. The drive will take approximately 30 minutes and cost around ARS 2000-3000 depending on traffic and time of day. Make sure to confirm the fare before starting the journey.
