From Purmamarca, head southeast on Route 9 towards Tilcara. After about 12 km, take the exit onto Route 4 (RP4) towards Yala. Continue on RP4 for approximately 22 km until you reach Provincial Potrero De Yala Park. The park entrance will be on your left. Make sure to check the park's opening hours, as it is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

From Purmamarca, take a bus to Tilcara, which operates regularly throughout the day. Once in Tilcara, transfer to a local bus heading towards Yala.
