If you're driving from the center of Purmamarca, head southeast on Avenida 7 de Abril towards Ruta 9. Continue for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction with Ruta 9. Turn right onto Ruta 9 and drive for approximately 3 kilometers. Watch for signs directing you to Mirador de Tumbaya. The viewpoint is located a short distance off the road and is marked clearly. There is no entrance fee to the viewpoint.
