The park blends verdant gardens, peaceful pathways, and scenic views along the Paraná River. The centerpiece is the towering Flag Monument, a symbol of national pride. The complex includes the 70-meter-high Tower, which commemorates the Revolution of May 1810 and houses Belgrano's crypt.
