From the last bus stop in Villa Los Coihues, walk approximately 2 kilometers along the road bordering Lago Gutierrez to reach the trailhead. This walk takes about 30 minutes.

    Drive from Bariloche to Villa Los Coihues. After crossing the bridge at the entrance of Villa Los Coihues, turn left and drive 300 meters to the park ranger station. Free parking is available at the trailhead. Note that the road to the parking area is gravel.
