From your location in Villa Tacul, head south towards Av. Bustillo (the main road). Once you reach Av. Bustillo, turn left and walk along the lakeside. Continue walking for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction with Cto. Chico. At this point, turn right onto Cto. Chico.

Alternatively, you can take local bus number 20 from Villa Tacul. Find the nearest bus stop on Av. Bustillo, and board the bus in the direction of 'Circuito Chico'. The bus ride will take about 15-20 minutes. Get off at the stop labeled 'Punto Panorámico', which is directly at the observation deck.
