From the center of San Martín de los Andes, head north on Avenida San Martín (the main road). Continue straight as this road becomes Route 40. After about 8 kilometers, you will reach the junction with Route 62. Turn left onto RP62 and follow the road for approximately 10 kilometers. Keep an eye out for signs indicating Mirador Lago Lolog, and follow the road until you reach the viewpoint. There is parking available at the site.
