If you're in the center of Tilcara, simply head southwest on Avenida Belgrano towards Calle Sarmiento. Continue on Avenida Belgrano until you reach the intersection with Calle Dr. Eduardo Soruco. Turn left onto Calle Dr. Eduardo Soruco and continue straight until you reach the entrance to Pucará de Tilcara, which will be on your right. The walk is approximately 20 minutes and is quite scenic.
