From the Torres del Paine National Park entrance, take Route 9 heading south towards the Park's interior. Continue driving for about 30 km until you reach the junction at the Lago Pehoé area. Here, take the right turn onto the road leading towards the Cuernos area. Drive approximately 10 km, keeping an eye out for signs directing you to the Mirador Cuernos. There is a parking area available near the trailhead.

If you are using public transportation, you can take a bus from Puerto Natales to Torres del Paine National Park. Upon arrival, you will need to take a shuttle service to the Lago Pehoé area. Once you reach Lago Pehoé, you can either walk or hire a local guide to lead you to Mirador Cuernos, which is about a 4 km hike from the lake. Make sure to check the shuttle schedules in advance as they may vary.
