From downtown Flagstaff, locate the Mountain Line Bus Stop. Take Route 10 (the blue line) towards the Flagstaff Mall. Ride the bus until you reach the stop at US-89 & Elden Lookout Road. From there, it’s a 1.5-mile walk to the Mt Elden Lookout Trailhead. Follow Elden Lookout Road until you reach the parking area, which is the starting point for the trail.

The ride is approximately 4 miles to the intersection with Elden Lookout Road.
