  • Driving

    From Phoenix, take US-60 East for approximately 60 miles. The Arboretum is located on the right side of the highway, about 3 miles west of Superior, Arizona. Parking is free and plentiful. From Payson, travel south on AZ-87, then east on US-60 to reach the Arboretum. Note: During special events or peak seasons, parking may be more challenging for larger RVs.

    Limited public transportation options are available. From Phoenix, take the Valley Metro bus Route 514 to Apache Junction, then transfer to Route 685 to Superior. From Superior, a taxi or rideshare service is needed to cover the remaining 5 miles to the Arboretum. Bus fare from Phoenix to Superior is approximately $35-$70. A taxi from Superior to the Arboretum will cost approximately $15-$20.
