Start from the Kingman Visitor Center located at 120 W. Andy Devine Ave. Head east on Andy Devine Ave towards the intersection with N. 4th St. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with E. Beale St. Turn left onto E. Beale St. and continue walking until you reach N. 6th St. Turn right onto N. 6th St. Walk north until you reach the intersection with E. Northern Ave. Here, you will find the bus stop. Take the Mohave County Transit Route 3 bus towards Golden Valley. You will need to get off at the stop near the intersection of Route 66 and the exit for the American Flag Mine. From there, you will have to walk approximately 1.5 miles southeast through the desert terrain to reach the mine.

Begin your journey at the Kingman Bike Path located near the Kingman Visitor Center. Follow the bike path heading east until you reach N. 4th St. Turn left onto N. 4th St. and ride north until you reach E. Beale St. Turn right onto E. Beale St. and continue until you reach N. 6th St. Turn right again and head north. You will find a bus stop at the intersection of N. 6th St. and E. Northern Ave. Here, you can catch the Mohave County Transit Route 3 bus towards Golden Valley. Disembark at the stop nearest to Route 66 and the exit for the American Flag Mine. From there, dismount your bike and walk approximately 1.5 miles southeast through the desert to reach the mine.
