After entering the park, follow the signs to Dobbins Lookout, which is located at the top of the mountain. There is a parking lot available near the lookout. Note that parking is free.

    To reach Dobbins Lookout using public transportation, take the Valley Metro Light Rail to the 'Central Ave. and Southern Ave.' station. From there, transfer to Bus Route 67 (South Central).
