If you are starting from downtown Mesa, walk to the nearest bus stop and take Valley Metro Bus Route 30 towards Phoenix. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes until you reach the 'Central Ave & Southern Ave' stop. From there, transfer to Route 51 heading south. After about 10 minutes, disembark at 'Central Ave & Baseline Rd'. Walk south on Central Ave for about 0.5 miles until you arrive at South Mountain Park and Preserve, which will be on your right.
