Car
If you are driving, start from the Monument Valley Visitor Center. Head southeast on US-163 N toward Monument Valley Rd. Continue on US-163 for about 3 miles (approximately 5 minutes). Look for the signs directing you to the Three Sisters Viewpoint. You will need to take a left turn onto a dirt road shortly before reaching the viewpoint. The dirt road may require a vehicle with higher clearance depending on weather conditions, so be cautious. Continue on this dirt road for about 1 mile until you reach the viewpoint parking area.
Public Transportation
Currently, public transportation options directly to the Three Sisters Viewpoint are limited. However, you can take a shuttle service from the Monument Valley Visitor Center. Check with local tour operators for shuttle availability. Once you arrive at the Visitor Center, you can inquire about group tours or shuttle services that may take you to the viewpoint. Be sure to confirm the cost of the shuttle service in advance, as prices can vary.
Walking
If you're already in the Monument Valley area and prefer to walk, you can trek from the Monument Valley Visitor Center to the Three Sisters Viewpoint. The walk is approximately 3 miles one way and will take around 1 to 1.5 hours depending on your pace. Follow the US-163 road heading southeast and look for the dirt road leading to the viewpoint. Ensure you have plenty of water and wear appropriate hiking shoes, as the terrain can be uneven.
