Car
From Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument, exit the park via the main road (Ajo Mountain Drive) and head east towards Ajo. Continue on Ajo Mountain Drive until it intersects with AZ-85. Turn left onto AZ-85 North. Continue for approximately 30 miles until you reach Ajo. In Ajo, turn right onto N 2nd Ave. The Cabeza Prieta National Wildlife Refuge Administration Office and Visitor Center will be located at 1611 N 2nd Ave, Ajo, AZ 85321 on your left.
