If you are in downtown Phoenix, head to the nearest Valley Metro Light Rail station. Board the Light Rail heading towards the 'Sycamore/Main Street' station. Ride for about 25 minutes until you reach the 'Scottsdale Rd & Camelback Rd' stop. Once you disembark, walk east on Camelback Road for approximately 0.2 miles until you reach Scottsdale Road. Turn left (north) on Scottsdale Road and continue walking for about 0.5 miles. Then turn right onto E Stetson Dr, and after a short walk, you will find LDV Winery at 7134 E Stetson Dr B110, on your left.

From the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, you can take the Valley Metro Bus Route 13. Catch the bus at the airport bus stop and ride it towards 'I-17 & McDowell'. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the 'Scottsdale & Thomas' stop. From there, walk east on Thomas Road for about 0.3 miles until you reach Scottsdale Road. Turn left on Scottsdale Road and walk north for about 0.5 miles. Turn right onto E Stetson Dr, and you'll find LDV Winery at 7134 E Stetson Dr B110.
