    If you're starting from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, take the PHX Sky Train to the 44th Street/Washington Light Rail Station. From there, transfer to the Light Rail and head towards the 'University' direction. Get off at the 'Central Ave / Camelback' station. From this station, walk west on Camelback Road until you reach North 7th Avenue. Turn left (south) on 7th Avenue and continue until you reach East Van Buren Street. Turn right (west) on Van Buren Street and then turn left (south) onto North 6th Street. The Rosson House Museum will be on your left at 113 N 6th St.

    Bus

    If you're near the Phoenix Convention Center, walk to the nearest bus stop on 3rd Street. Take Bus Route 1 (Eastbound) towards the 44th Street/Washington Light Rail Station. Ride for about 10 minutes and get off at the '6th St & Washington' stop. From there, walk north on 6th Street for about 5 blocks, and you will arrive at the Rosson House Museum located at 113 N 6th St.
