Stay on the bus for 5 stops, approximately 15 minutes, until you reach the stop at 1st Ave & Adams St. From there, walk west for 2 blocks on Adams St, and you will find the Wells Fargo Museum at 145 W Adams St.

Make your way to the nearest light rail station, which could be the 3rd Ave & Washington station if you are near the Convention Center. Board the light rail heading towards the 19th Ave/Dunlap. Ride for 4 stops, which takes about 10 minutes, until you reach the 1st Ave & Jefferson stop. From there, walk east along Jefferson St for one block, then turn north on 1st Ave and walk for 3 blocks until you reach Adams St. Turn west on Adams St, and you will arrive at the Wells Fargo Museum at 145 W Adams St.

Start by heading south on 17th Ave to W Jefferson St. Turn left on Jefferson St and walk east for about 0.5 miles.
