From downtown Glendale, take Valley Metro Bus Route 83 towards 'Arrowhead Towne Center'. Board the bus at the nearest bus stop and pay approximately $2.00 for a single ride. Stay on the bus for about 20 minutes until you reach the stop at 'Cactus Rd & 67th Ave'. After getting off the bus, walk north on 67th Ave for about 0.5 miles until you reach W. Cactus Rd.
