Driving
From Sierra Vista, take AZ-90 towards Fort Huachuca. As you approach the fort, follow the signs for the Van Deman Gate. Be prepared to show your driver's license, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance at the gate. If you do not have a Department of Defense (DoD) identification card, you will be subject to a background check. Parking is available near the museum. Note that vehicle registration is required on Fort Huachuca and is conducted at the Welcome Center as you enter the Van Deman Gate.
