    Starting from the Prescott Courthouse Plaza, walk south on Montezuma Street. Continue walking for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Gurley Street. Turn left onto Gurley Street and proceed for approximately 0.3 miles until you reach the intersection with Arizona Avenue. Turn right onto Arizona Avenue and follow it for about 0.4 miles. You will see a bus stop at the intersection with Willow Creek Road.

    At the bus stop on Arizona Avenue, take the Yavapai County Transit bus (Route 1) towards the Prescott Valley. Stay on the bus for 15 minutes or so until you reach the stop at the intersection of Willow Creek Road and Lynx Creek Road. Exit the bus here.

    After getting off the bus, walk east on Lynx Creek Road. Continue walking for about 0.7 miles. The road will start to transition into a dirt path. Keep following this path, and soon you will see the signage for Lynx Creek Ruin Trailhead.
