Situated above the lively street, the penthouse provides a classy and comfortable experience, immersing guests in the good ol' Prescott vibe.Whiskey Row itself is a historic block on Montezuma Street, known for its colorful past and numerous saloons. After a fire in 1900 destroyed the original block, it was rebuilt with an abundance of bars, attracting settlers, cowboys, and prospectors during the gold rush era. Today, Whiskey Row maintains its lively atmosphere with live music, art galleries, and, of course, its famous saloons.The penthouse features a spacious living area, a full-size kitchen, and a master suite with a queen-size bed and a jetted tub. Guests can enjoy views of Thumb Butte, a prominent landmark in the Prescott landscape. With its central location, the Whiskey Row Penthouse provides easy access to Prescott's downtown attractions, including the Yavapai County Courthouse, Sharlot Hall Museum, and Prescott College.

Walking
The Whiskey Row Penthouse is located directly on Whiskey Row in downtown Prescott, making it easily accessible on foot from most downtown locations. From the Yavapai County Courthouse, walk one block east on Gurley Street, then turn left onto Montezuma Street. The penthouse is located at 116 S Montezuma St, above the Jersey Lilly Saloon. No additional costs are involved.
Public Transport
Yavapai Regional Transit (YRT) provides bus service connecting Prescott with surrounding areas. From a YRT bus stop, navigate to Montezuma Street in downtown Prescott. From there, walking is the best option to reach the penthouse. Single fares on YRT are typically around $2 or less. Check the YRT website for schedules and routes.
Taxi/Ride-Share
Taxi and ride-sharing services like YAV Connect are available in Prescott. Request a ride to 116 S Montezuma St in downtown Prescott. Expect to pay around $5-$15 for a short trip within the downtown area. Note that YAV Connect operates corner to corner, so you might have to walk a short distance to your final destination.
Parking
If driving, parking is available in the area, though it can be limited. Free parking can be found around the downtown area, including a large lot at the Depot Marketplace. There is also a parking garage on Granite Street behind Whiskey Row. The parking garage is free most days but may charge a small fee (around $5) during special events. Metered street parking is also available on Montezuma Street. Check posted signs for rates and time limits.
