If you are starting from downtown Scottsdale, head to the Scottsdale Transit Center located at 7375 E 2nd St. Catch the Valley Metro Bus Route 51 heading towards the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Get off at the stop on E McDowell Rd & N 64th St. From there, transfer to Bus Route 40, which goes to the Phoenix Zoo. Get off at the stop near the Phoenix Zoo entrance. After that, it's a short walk to Hole in the Rock located at 625 N Galvin Pkwy. Follow the signs towards Papago Park, and you will see the Hole in the Rock trailhead.
