Public Transit
From the Tempe Town Lake area, head to the nearest light rail station, which is the Tempe Transportation Center. Board the light rail on the Mill Avenue/Third Street platform heading towards Mesa. Stay on the light rail for about 15 minutes until you reach the Mesa Downtown station. After disembarking, walk north on Macdonald toward 1st Avenue. The Arizona Museum of Natural History will be on your left at 53 N Macdonald.

Biking
If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from a nearby bike share station in Tempe. Start from the Tempe Beach Park and head east along the Rio Salado Path. Follow the path until you reach the intersection with Mill Ave. Turn left onto Mill Ave and continue north until you reach 1st Avenue. Turn right on 1st Avenue and then left onto Macdonald. The museum will be located on your left at 53 N Macdonald.

If you are close to the ASU campus, you can walk to the museum. Start at the ASU Memorial Union and head east on University Drive. Continue straight until you reach Macdonald. Turn right on Macdonald and head north for about 1 mile. The Arizona Museum of Natural History will be on your left at 53 N Macdonald.
