If you are driving from Yuma, AZ, start by heading east on I-8 E. After approximately 24 miles, take exit 14 for AZ-95 S toward San Luis. Continue on AZ-95 S for about 20 miles until you reach the junction with Palm Canyon Rd. Turn left onto Palm Canyon Rd and continue driving for approximately 10 miles until you arrive at Kofa National Wildlife Refuge. Be aware that the road may become unpaved, so a high-clearance vehicle is recommended.
